this is a free offering, closed for the global majority (racialized) folx. i will open with a song of healing &hold space for anyone who wants to share what they are carrying. then i will guide you through a somatic exercise with sound, designed to help move some of your grief through before we close the circle.

this workshop is part somatic practice, part conversational. together we will explore how and why our bodies are continually shaping responses that so often lead to escalation and conflict instead of repair. closed for queer & genderqueer, trans+ community. sliding scale from 25€ for global majority.
